Olive M. Swihart Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Olive M. Swihart, 83, formerly of Conway, passed away December 26, 2020 in the Rochester Manor. Born September 27, 1937, she was the daughter of the late J. Franklin and Margaret Ayers Chambers. She was a former employee of the Baden Sherwin Williams, and a member of the Conway United Presbyterian Church. She was an avid bowler and involved with several bowling leagues. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne E. Swihart, in 2013. She is survived by two daughters and one son in law, Sharon L. Prest, Pulaski Twp., and Catherine M. Leheny, and her husband, Edward, Aliquippa; one son and daughter in law, David W. and Janet Swihart, Hopewell; six grandchildren, Joseph, Amy, Joshua, Amber, Jacob and Tyler; nine great grandchildren; one sister, Cheryl Ann Willey, New Sewickley Twp.; five brothers, and four sisters in law, Franklin and Cathy Chambers, Hampton, VA., Marvin and Lola Chambers, Williamsburg, VA., Calvin and Jo Ann Chambers, Rochester, and Clarence Chambers, Pulaski Twp., and David and Joy Chambers, Aliquippa; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Due to COVID19 restrictions and concerns, the family wishes to have everything private. Interment will be in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park. Arrangements are being handled by the WILLIAM MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, INC. 349 Adams Street, Rochester.
