Jean E. Tolbert Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Jean E. Tolbert, 93, of Conway, passed away March 6, 2021 at Heritage Valley, Beaver. Born December 18, 1927 in Ambridge, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Elizabeth Sabo Riley. She was a homemaker, a former employee with Dravo Corporation and a member of New Hope Evangelical Lutheran Church, Economy. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank J. Tolbert in 2011. She was also preceded in death by a sister and brother in law, Shirley and Bronko Rayshich, and several other sisters in law, and brothers in law. She is survived by a daughter and son in law, Sandy L. and Mark Ostrander, Beaver; one son, David J. Tolbert and his girlfriend, JoAnne Bruno, New Jersey; a grandson, Bryan D. Ostrander and his wife, Danita, Beaver; a great grandson, Mason Ostrander, Beaver; one sister, Nancy Pugliano, Ambridge; one brother, Thomas A. Riley, Ohio; a sister in law, Rose Dietrich, Brighton Twp., and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Friday, March 12, 2021 from 11 AM to 3 PM, at the WILLIAM MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, INC. 349 Adams Street, Rochester. Service will follow at 3:30 PM with her pastor, the Rev. Martin Galbraith officiating. Due to the Covid 19 concerns, masks and social distancing are required. Interment will be in Sylvania Hills, Memorial Park.
