    Henry A. Kacmarczyk

    March 13, 1942 - January 3, 2020

    Henry A. Kaczmarczyk, 77, of New Sewickley Twp., passed away Friday, January 3, 2020, at his home. He was born March 13, 1942, in McDonald, the son of the late Henry A. Kaczmarczyk Sr. and Eleanor Caslo Kojsza and his stepfather, Theodore Kojsza. He was a retired employee from Manheim Auto Auction in Cranberry Twp. and Bethlehem Steel in Ambridge. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Vietnam War and a member of the Oak Grove Evangelical Lutheran Church. He was also a member of the Circle of Friends, in Baden and New Brighton. Henry always enjoyed the church dinners and various church activities. He was preceded in death by his wife, Paula Dietrich Kaczmarczyk in 2010. He is survived by two daughters, Sheila R. Kaczmarczyk and her companion, Robert Schwartz, Richmond Va. and Michele S. Kaczmarczyk and her fiancé, Doug Rape, New Sewickley Twp.; one son, Steven A. Kaczmarczyk of Richmond Va.; two grandchildren, Marisa Kaczmarczyk and her boyfriend, Zach Toler, Richmond Va. and Tessa (Shortcake) Rape, New Sewickley Twp.; a sister and brother-in-law, Renee and Michael Zajac, Uniontown; numerous nieces and nephews and his former wife and special friend, Glada Kaczmarczyk. Friends will be received on Monday, January 6, 2020, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at WILLIAM MURPHY FUNERAL HOME INC., 349 Adams St., Rochester, and Tuesday from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. in Oak Grove Evangelical Lutheran Church, officiating will be his Pastor Nathaniel Christman. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery, Freedom. The family wishes memorial contributions be made to Oak Grove Evangelical Lutheran Church, 434 Harkmans Mill Road, Zelienople, PA 16063.
