    Harry K. Leasha

    August 2, 1949 - September 7, 2015

    Harry K. Leasha, 66, of Freedom, passed away Monday, September 7, 2015, in Heritage Valley Sewickley. Born August 2, 1949, in Sewickley, a son of the late John Joseph and Elizabeth Paracider Leasha, he was a retired employee of Penn DOT in East Rochester. A Catholic by faith, he was a member of the Rochester Owls Nest, Rochester FOE and Freedom SOI. He was a member of the Little Bulldogs organization, where he had been a former coach. Surviving are his wife of 36 years, Jacqueline Sue Nielson Leasha; two daughters and a son-in-law, Maryann Mizenko and her boyfriend Bob Oliver, New Brighton, and Lori and Kenneth Barto, Rochester; two sons, John P. Leasha and Joseph L. Leasha and his girlfriend Misty Brown, all of Freedom; nine grandsons and three granddaughters, Austin, Joey, Mark, Bethany, Gary, Giovanni, Isaiah, Jesse, Taelor, Caelee, Jaece, Maeson; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Crystal Littell and her companion Gary Besong, Ambridge; Birdie and Rich Hashman, Aliquippa, and Cookie and Ray Grundhoffer, Georgia; two brothers, Donald Leasha, Patterson Twp., and Gary Leasha, Evans City, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister, Carol Leasha, and a brother, Elliott Leasha. Friends will be received Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the WILLIAM MURPHY FUNERAL HOME INC., 349 Adams St., Rochester, where a service will be held Friday at 11 a.m. Officiating will be Father Michael Greb. Interment will follow in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Hopewell Twp. The family wishes memorial contributions be made to the Harry K. Leasha Memorial Fund, First National Bank, Baden office, 1625 Beaver Road, Baden, PA 15005.
