Christine A. Davis Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Christine A. Davis, 72, Center Twp., passed away August 1, 2021 at her home. Born September 10, 1948 in Rochester, she was the daughter of the late John and Lena M. Martin Hrbolich. She was a retired employee of the Gee Bee Plaza, Monaca, where she had worked for 15 years and also the Center Twp., McDonald’s for 7 years. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Evangelical Church, Rochester, a member of the Crusin’ Few Car Club, the International Station Wagon Club, the Silver Sneakers, and water aerobics at the Beaver County YMCA and the Providing Angels. Our hearts are broken, because your time with us is up; wonderful mother of three kids and grandmother of five. She was a giving person, with a kind heart and a good cook. She enjoyed taking their classic cars to shows and cruises everywhere and also enjoyed attending craft shows, farmer’s markets, and the maple syrup festival. Chris loved watching her Food Network Shows, and the Hallmark seasonal movies, and NHRA Drag racing. Chris loved to garden and going hunting with her husband, and always made her yard look nice with her potted flowers. She was preceded in death by her husband, Denver Glenn Davis in 2010. She is survived by two daughters, Christina A. Davis, Center Twp., and Heather L. Feltes, East Rochester; a son and daughter in law, Glenn D. Davis, and his wife, Carol, Washington, PA; five grandchildren, Victor Spino, Leah Davis, Emilee Davis, all of Washington, PA, Josalyn Schill, and her husband, Mike, New Brighton, and Aubrye Feltes, East Rochester; a sister, Patricia Mae Lane, Beaver Falls, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends will be received Thursday, August 5, 2021 from 2-4 & 6-8 in the WILLIAM MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, INC. 349 Adams Street, Rochester, where a service will be held Friday at 11 AM. Officiating will be Rev. Gregory S. Clagg. The family wishes to thank the Gallagher Home Health Care nurses, especially Jessica, and the Gallagher Hospice staff and nurses, for the care and comfort given to our mother.
